El actual encargado de esa unidad, Rafael Curruchiche accion?? legalmente contra ??l argumentando que la signatura no pertenec??a al exfiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto Sandoval como su abogada Claudia Gonz??lez compartieron el dictamen de la instituci??n en sus cuentas de Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la conclusi??n se puede leer: ???La firma atribuida al se??or Juan Francisco Sandoval, contenida en el documento dubitado identificado en este laboratorio??? presenta correspondencia grafon??mica???.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LO QUE ARGUMENTABA CURRUCHICHE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El 21 de febrero pasado, Sandoval Alfaro denunci?? p??blicamente que el actual jefe de esa unidad del Ministerio P??blico (MP), Rafael Curruchiche busca invalidar su firma del documento legal para su defensa en los procesos legales en los que ha sido se??alado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el jefe de la FECI la firma del mandato y las signaturas que hac??a Sandoval Alfaro cuando integraba el MP no coinciden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso el 3 de marzo, la Fiscal??a Metropolitana realiz?? un allanamiento en la oficina de la notar??a que autoriz?? el mandato de representaci??n del exjefe de la FECI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MP: ES UNO DE LOS INDICIOS, PESQUISA SIGUE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultado al respecto, Juan Luis Pantale??n, jefe de Informaci??n y Prensa del MP, explic?? que el resultado del an??lisis que hizo el Inacif es uno de los indicios y que la investigaci??n contin??a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>???Lo contenido en el informe es parte de la investigaci??n, ??nicamente las partes del proceso tienen acceso a ello. La investigaci??n de la Fiscal??a de Distrito Metropolitano contin??a en desarrollo.
