{"id":5652,"date":"2021-06-15T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/26television.com\/?p=5652"},"modified":"2021-06-15T00:39:54","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T06:39:54","slug":"denuncian-intimidacion-a-juez-galvez-y-fiscales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/26television.com\/?p=5652","title":{"rendered":"Denuncian intimidaci??n a juez G??lvez y fiscales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El juez Miguel ??ngel G??lvez hizo p??blico que lo han seguido en dos veh??culos sin placas.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En el caso del??<strong>Diario Militar<\/strong>, donde se lig?? a proceso a un grupo de militares retirados, se conocieron denuncias publicas respecto a seguimientos, en veh??culos sin placas, hacia fiscales del Ministerio P??blico, abogados de la PDH y al juez??<strong>Miguel ??ngel G??lvez.<\/strong>??<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>juez G??lvez<\/strong>&nbsp;hizo p??blico que le han dado seguimiento en dos veh??culos, sin que se haya percatado que tenga placas de identificaci??n. &#8220;Con mucha&nbsp;pena tambi??n siento que me han dado seguimiento&#8221;, expres?? el juez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem??s,&nbsp;<strong>G??lvez<\/strong>&nbsp;declar?? que tiene medidas precautorias de parte de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) y ser??a de notificar lo ocurrido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;No hay ning??n tema de ideolog??as. Si en determinado momento&nbsp;he hecho comentarios en relaci??n al ej??rcito, he entendido que lo que pas?? fue que al Ej??rcito lo instrumentalizaron&#8221;, expres??.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez G??lvez tambi??n hizo p??blico denuncias hacia la Procuradur??a de Derechos Humanos (PDH), entidad que act??a como querellante adhesivo en la causa judicial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Voy a remitir un&nbsp;oficio a la PNC para que se le d?? la protecci??n a la PDH, o al menos que haya un control directo para que cuando ocurra eso se pueda llamar a la PNC&#8221;. La denuncia de los abogados es que veh??culos sin placas rondan las instalaciones de la procuradur??a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras el fiscal del caso Erick de Le??n denunci??: &#8220;Los fiscales hemos sido perseguidos han llegado a entrevistar a investigadores a la DICRI&#8221;, se??al??.&nbsp;???Se har??n las denuncias correspondientes del seguimiento y persecuci??n que hemos tenido&nbsp;???Erick de Le??n, fiscal del caso Diario Militar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 10 de junio el juez<strong>&nbsp;G??lvez<\/strong>&nbsp;concluy?? la audiencia de primera declaraci??n donde lig?? a proceso penal a los primeros implicados en el caso del Diario Militar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre ellos a Jacobo Sal??n S??nchez quien&nbsp;fue subjefe del grupo de adiestramiento y operaciones especiales kaibiles del Estado Mayor de la Defensa Nacional entre septiembre de 1983 a marzo de 1985.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue asesor de seguridad cuando Alfonso Portillo fungi?? como presidente de Guatemala.
